In our post-pandemic world, we continue to offer the safest and most comfortable experience possible, which is why we've completed the Qualmark New Zealand COVID Clean Approved assessment.
Alongside our Qualmark ranking, the COVID Clean Approved logo shows that a tourism operator is implementing health and hygiene measures to help protect against COVID-19, in accordance with government guidelines.
This allows our guests to book knowing that not only are we a recipient of a Qualmark award, but also that our business operations are maintained in line with the changing COVID-19 environment. This includes safety and wellbeing protocols for staff, following advice from the Ministry of Health, using PPE correctly where possible, and following government rules and contract tracing requirements.
