Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation the following policy will apply.
Cancellation outside of 30 days will incur no penalties. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge; a reservation canceled within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge .
Payments Policy
Please Note:
All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
Children are welcome.
Children above the age of 3 are charged full rate.
Payment Policy:
All transactions are charged in New Zealand dollars.
A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure your reservation.
The balance is payable at departure.
Note: Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
